Prayers for World Peace with Chris Taylor
Our Sunday drop-in meditation classes include guided meditations, a short prayer dedicated to world peace, and a teaching on a Buddhist topic. In these classes, we can learn and practice essential meditation techniques, reduce stress, and develop lasting happiness. In so doing, we can find real inner peace within our own hearts and in this way contribute to world peace.
If you want the 'full experience' of meditation, join us for chanted prayers before class at 9:00am.

Advice for a Happier Life with resident teacher, Kelsang Chogyop
Learn how to use meditation and other methods derived from Buddha’s teachings to solve day-to-day problems and find a deep happiness that you can share with others. Each class includes two guided meditations, a brief talk and time for question and answer. Classes are self-contained, so drop in any time. Everyone welcome.

With the right techniques, anyone can begin and sustain a successful daily meditation practice. Join us where we’ll explore the methods taught by Buddha for establishing a regular meditation practice. We’ll examine the Buddhist way of thinking as well as the practical side of setting up a daily practice.
