Guru Yoga and Mandala Offering Retreat

with Kadampa Buddhist Monk, Gen Kelsang Tenzin

Sunday, May 23 | 10am – 3:45pm

Accumulating merit, or positive energy, is a main cause of attaining Dharma realizations. In this traditional mandala offering retreat we will engage in the practice of Guru Yoga by making mandala offerings in order to increase our merit, receive blessings, and strengthen our connection with our Spiritual Guide.

In each of the 3 sessions of this retreat Gen Tenzin will give commentary to the traditional spiritual practice of making mandala offerings, teaching us how to engage in this ritual in a way that creates the most benefit. Everyone is welcome to attend this retreat.
