Composed over a thousand years ago, Training the Mind in Seven Points is a meditation manual for how to actualize our highest potential, enlightenment, through training the mind in our daily life. During this series, we will look at the teachings in Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s modern commentary, Universal Compassion, which explain how to train the mind in all situations, and how to gauge whether we are improving.

These profound pieces of advice, such as ‘Always rely on a happy mind alone’, have been inspiring and guiding people for centuries. Now we can be inspired by them and use them to transform our lives.
