HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

Join us for this four week series of classes based on the book How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This practical manual for daily life that shows how we can develop authentic inner peace, overcome daily problems and bring about positive changes in our life that enable us to experience deep and lasting happiness.

 

September 22: Stop Overthinking

September 29: Peaceful Mind in Crazy Times

October 6: Understanding True Happiness

October 13: Happiness Hacks for Modern Life

This class is designed to help those looking for Buddhist wisdom to help with stress relief and relaxation, as well as those interested in exploring the nature of the mind, and pursuing the Buddhist path. It is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

 

A typical class consists of a guided relaxation meditation, a teaching based on the meditation topic, and a final contemplative meditation.

​

There is no physical exercise, yoga, or stretching involved.

​

About the teacher: Eva Brzeski is a Foundation Program teacher at KMC San Francisco and a student in the Teacher Training Program. She began studying and practicing Buddhist teachings in 2004. She is well-loved for her relatable experience and thoughtfulness. Through her teaching, Eva shows the joy of living a spiritual life.
